  • ½ tbsp. Clove powder 
  • ½ tbsp. Nutmeg powder
  • ½ tbsp. Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp. Black Pepper powder 
  • 1 Big Bay Leaf
  • Brown sugar
  • Salt as per your taste

  1. In a blender jar, put in all the dry and wet ingredients and prepare your hot jerk marinade. 
  2. Let those freshly cut chicken pieces sit in the marinade for almost one whole day.

  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce

  • Coconut sugar as per your spice tolerance, can be replaced with brown sugar

  • 1 ½ tbsp. All spice mix
  • ½ tbsp. Nutmeg powder
  • ½ tbsp. Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp. Black Pepper powder

  • Pimento seeds
  • Black Peppercorns 
  • Dried Chilli flakes
  • 1-2 tbsp. of Honey

  1. Start with preparing your dry rub. In a stone hand grinder, grind some fresh pimento seeds and black Peppercorns.
