Steps: First you will preheat the oven and at the same time grease your Muffin tray with cooking spray or butter. Steps: preheat the oven and then grease your Muffin tray with a little bit of vegan butter. In a bowl, you will add your baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, Ginger, and cardamom, and mix it very well. Then keep it aside. In another bowl, you will add in your cane sugar, brown sugar, the flax seed mixture, milk, Vanilla extract, vinegar, and melted butter, and finally using a spatula you will mix everything well.
