Ingredients

7-8 medium-sized tomatoes(you don’t need to go for any other varieties such as grape or baby tomatoes, normal ones should be used)

Two medium-sized cucumbers

2 large green pepper

Two cups of Kalamata olives(now if this is not available you can go for normal olives or skip it)

Two medium-sized red onions

Two teaspoons of dried oregano

1 teaspoon of black pepper

Half to one teaspoon of salt

10-12 ounces of feta cheese

7-8 tablespoons of olive oil

4-5 tablespoons of red wine

Steps:

1. The first step will be washing every vegetable properly before trying to slice them up for the salad. Now at first, you will be taking about 7- 8 tomatoes, and remove the top, and cut them into, wedges approximately 6 wedges from a single tomato. The tomato pieces are supposed to be moderately large in size.

2. The next step will be for the cucumbers, you will remove the top and the bottom part first, and then slice the cucumber from the middle, then you will make small half-moon cucumber pieces that are approximately 1 inch thick.

3. Then we will come to the red onions, it is nothing difficult you will just peel them and then thinly slice them into long thin shreds, and for the bell pepper, the process is quite the same, as you will remove the upper end, along with the core of the bell pepper, and then thinly slice them. 

4. Now almost all of your ingredients are absolutely ready and it’s time to assemble your final Greek salad. For this, you will be taking a Big Bowl, in which you will be adding in all the vegetables, along with your Kalamata olives. You will be sprinkling over a bit of oregano along with, your salt and black pepper. Then finally comes 4-5 tablespoons of red wine, and mix it quite well.

5. Finally drizzle over about 6 tablespoons of olive oil and give it a light toss and your traditional Greek salad recipe is absolutely complete to serve.
