Among those big names, one of the fresh produce that will always have a different spot in our hearts since our childhood is none other than corn. Today we have got some of the best corn recipes for you. Kids from all over the world love their sweet corn, people of every age have some corn-related memory that they want to treasure all their lives and almost every one of us knows, very well how well corn and summers go hand in hand. Most of them are very easy to make and the prep time for this particular set of recipes is comparatively much shorter. 1. Creamed corn Ingredients: 10 ounces of corn kernel, one cup heavy cream, 1 teaspoon salt, two tablespoons sugar, 1/4th teaspoon of black pepper, two tablespoons butter, half cup whole milk, two tablespoons all-purpose flour, half cup Parmesan cheese. Steps: In a skillet, over medium heat, you will mix in corn heavy cream sugar butter salt, and paper and cook it for 5 minutes. In another bowl, you will start mixing the milk and flour. Then finally you will add the milk mixture into the Skillet and stir continuously until the mixture gets a bit thick. Then finally you will add your cheese, mixing it very well over heat. Finally, it is all ready to serve.  2. Caramel Corn Ingredients: A big packet of corn kernels, one cup butter, two cups brown sugar, half a cup corn syrup, one teaspoon Vanilla extract, one teaspoon salt, and half a teaspoon baking soda. Steps: The first step will be to pop the corn kernels, the second step is to heat butter in a medium saucepan then add in the brown sugar considered, and salt. Finally, bring it to a boil and keep stirring. Finally, remove from heat and add in your Vanilla extract and baking soda mix it well. In a baking tray line your popcorn, then pour in your caramel mixture, put it over for baking in the oven, and stir every 15 mins for 45mins to 1 hour. Finally, it is ready.  3. Kettle Corn Ingredients: 1/4th cup vegetable oil, half cup corn kernels, 1/4th Cup white sugar. Steps: In a large pot you will be heat the vegetable oil then add in the popcorn along with the sugar and mix it well. Finally cover the pot and let them pop. You will need to keep moving the pot every now and then so that the sugar doesn’t end up burning. After the Popping stopped your kettle corn is all ready to be devoured.  4. Scalloped corn Ingredients: Two large eggs, one cup milk, 2/3 cup butter cracker crumbs, two cans whole corn kernels, three tablespoons butter, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon minced onion, Pinch of black pepper. Steps: You will need to preheat the oven, and brush the baking tray with oil. In another ball you will be whisking your eggs then add in the milk and crushed crackers, mix well, and then add the corn, melted butter, salt, sugar, onion, and pepper. Finally after mixing well pour the mixture on the baking tray then bake it for 40 minutes at least and finally serve warm.  5. Baked corn  Ingredients: One can of creamed corn, one can of corn kernels, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 eggs, half a cup of milk, two tablespoons of butter, and three tablespoons of flour.  Steps: In a bowl, you will beat the eggs then add in your sugar as well as flower and mix well then you will add in your cream corn as well as normal cone and mix in the milk as well. Finally in a casserole that has already been buttered add in your mixture. Make some holes and fill them up with small pieces of butter. Put it in the oven and bake it for about 60 to 75 minutes. Finally, it is all set to be served.  6. Mexican Authentic Street corn(elote) Ingredients: Four grilled whole corns, one teaspoon of lime juice, two tablespoons of fresh cilantro, sea salt, half teaspoon lime zest, half teaspoon chili powder, 1/3rd cup cotija cheese, 1/3rd cup mayonnaise. Steps: First you will need to Grill the corn, in a separate bowl you will be mixing in your mayonnaise lime juice and lemon zest, finally spread the mixture over corn, then sprinkle it with chili powder, cheese, and cilantro. Finally, it is ready to be devoured.  7. Sweet corn, shrimp, and rice skillet Ingredients: 1/2 lb shrimp, one bunch scallion, 1 bell pepper chopped, one piece Ginger thinly sliced, half cup rice, one cup corn, 4 tablespoons white miso, four tablespoons spoon vegetable oil, 8 to 10 garlic cloves finely chopped, one teaspoon salt, one teaspoon sugar, 3/4th Cup water, lime wedges, black pepper, one teaspoon turmeric powder.
