Vegan Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread Recipe: A Step-by-step Guide For You

Step – 1

Firstly, you will have to preheat your Dutch Oven to 350 ยฐF. This will be the first and foremost step before you assemble all the items ahead. After that, take a large glass bowl and start mixing the dry ingredients first. Put in the Vanilla and Lemon Juice after assembling all of the initial ingredients. Make sure you are combining all of them properly in the bowl.

Step – 2

Next, we will now take a whisker and another bowl for mixing the wet ingredients. Pour them into a medium bowl and vigorously whisk till they are all mixed. Make sure you leave no lumps behind for a smoother dough for this Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread recipe.

Step – 3

When you are done whisking this, add the wet ingredient mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients mix. For best results, recheck once and give this a final stir with a rubber spatula. Please keep stirring until these two mixtures are getting perfectly combined with one a other.

Step – 4

Afterwards, you will have to take a loaf pan and grease it uniformly with a cooking spray. Pour in the batter from the bowl into the prepared baking pan carefully, so that it is spread uniformly over the bottom. To make the dome evenly structured, cut a small slit along the center of the batter.

Step – 5

Put this pan inside the oven and start baking. After 35 to 40 minutes, take the pan out and cover the top with one layer of aluminum foil. By this way, the top part of your Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread would not get too brown. After that, keep baking for another 20 minutes and your bread will be fully baked.

Step – 6

Finally, take the pan out from your Dutch oven and let the bread cool in a wire rack for 20 to 25 minutes. Take a clean knife, place the loaf on a plate and start slicing it into pieces.
