  1. Firstly, prepare the marinade mix with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic and pepper. Mix everything and then add the beef pieces, let this sit in the marinate for at least 30 minutes. 
  2. Now, start layering the barbecue skewers. Firstly, add a beef chunk, then one onion shell, button mushroom, again a beef chunk, then a bell pepper piece, cherry tomato, then again one bell pepper piece, beef chunk and onion shell.

How To Cook Beef Kabobs In The Oven? Complete Recipe Guide

  1. To make ground beef kabobs, in a big glass bowl, add the ground beef and all the other ingredients mentioned above. With the help of a spatula, mix the dry and wet ingredients with the ground beef. 
  2. You can also use your hand or a regular spoon for this process. Cover the bowl with a clean wrap, and let this beef kabob mixture chill in the fridge for at least 1 to 1 and a half hours. 
  3. Later on, take out the kabob mixture from the fridge and start sticking it to your oven skewers. Grease your oven grill with some oil or butter and then start placing the skewers on top of it. 
  4. Let your beef kabobs bake in the oven for 450 F. After 10 to 12 minutes, bring the skewers out of the oven, glaze them up with some more melted butter and again put it back to bake for 10 more minutes.
