  • 2-3 Chicken Breast pieces, cut into small chunks

  • 1-2 Red bell peppers, diced

  • Ginger, minced
  • 1-2 tbsp. Tomato paste
  • Salt and Pepper as per taste 
  • Green onions, finely chopped, used as garnish

  1. In a bowl, add the small chicken pieces, cornflour, salt and pepper. Mix everything and keep aside. Now, heat some oil in your wok, and cook the chicken cubes until crispy. 
  2. Meanwhile, in another bowl, add pineapple juice, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, tomato paste and again give everything a good mix. Once your chicken is properly cooked, add the onions and bell peppers to the same wok.

  • Salt and Pepper as per taste

  1. In a bowl, add bbq sauce, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt and pepper. With a spoon, mix everything together and then use half of your prepared sauce as a marinade for the small chicken chunks.
  2. In another bowl, add the diced red bell peppers, onions and pineapple chunks. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top of these three ingredients and season this with a bit of salt and pepper. 
  3. Now, in a skewer, start layering up your bbq chicken kabobs. Firstly, add one onion shell and a piece of bell pepper inside of the skewer.
