Steps To Make Beef Miso Ramen Bowl
Step 1
To begin this delish beef miso ramen recipe, firstly, prepare the base of your dish. A good ramen calls for a flavorsome beef broth. Heat up some water in a pot and add the beef bones.
Step 2
Let the beef bones boil in hot water for about 30 to 40 minutes, and then add the veggies to the broth. Here we have mainly used some carrots, one onion, a green onion and a few bunches of enoki mushrooms, but you can surely use some more veggies of your choice.
Step 3
Now, in a small bowl, add the miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, ginger powder and garlic paste. With a spoon, mix everything together, if you want, you can also put some chili oil into this paste.
Step 4
Next, add the miso paste mix into the beef broth. Mix everything and let this simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Let the flavors of the miso paste properly infuse with the beef bones and other vegetables.
Step 5
The more you cook your beef broth, the more flavourful it will become. Meanwhile, also boil some ramen noodles in hot water and keep aside.
Step 6
Moving on to the shaved beef steak, simply drop it into your boiling beef broth and wait for it to cook properly. As you see a change in color, you can take it out of the broth!
Step 7
Assemble your beef miso ramen in a fancy-looking soup bowl. Firstly, add the boiled ramen noodles to the bowl. On top of this, add shaved beef steak, some cooked enoki mushrooms and carrots.
Step 8
Lastly, pour a generous amount of beef broth into your ramen bowl. Garnish your scrumptious beef miso ramen with some freshly chopped green onions and a drizzle of chili oil.
