Ingredients:
For the dressing:
● 2 teaspoons of Fish Sauce
● Grated Ginger
● 2 crushed Garlic Cloves
● 1 teaspoon of Sweet Chilli Jam
● 1 teaspoon of Rice Vinegar
● 1 tablespoon of Virgin Olive Oil
● 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
For Salmon Marinade:
● 1 tablespoon White Miso Paste for Salmon Poke Bowl
● 1 tablespoon Virgin Olive Oil
● 2 tablespoons of Honey
For your Poke Bowls:
● 2 tablespoons of Garlic Aioli
● 4 chopped Salmon fillets
● 1/2 medium Red Cabbage
● 1 chopped fresh Avocado
● 2 peeled Carrots
● A cup of long grained Rice
● 2 finely sliced Scallions

Cooked Salmon Poke Bowl: A Step-by-step Guide For You
Step 1
At first, we will have to cook the rice perfectly. For this purpose, you will have to take a pot of medium to small size. Even if the rice feels more in amount, there’s absolutely no need to take a bigger pot for preparing this dish. Some recipes might even suggest you to use a rice cooker instead of the pot method. However for best results, we will use a traditional cooking method.
Step 2
Take a cup full of long grain rice and wash it with water. Place it into the pot and pour 2/3 cup of warm water. Please make sure that the rice for Salmon Poke Bowl remains submerged in water. After doing that, cover the pot with its lid on above. With a lid, it is quite easier to cook the rice fully. Place the pan above medium low heat and keep a close watch on the rice.
