Ingredients(for the paneer Tikka) 300 grams of paneer 1 medium-sized bell pepper One onion medium size 6 tablespoons of Hung curd 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste Half a teaspoon of red chilli powder Half a teaspoon of coriander powder One teaspoon of lemon juice  Half a teaspoon of Garam Masala(you can also use Tandoori masala powder) A Pinch of turmeric powder A Pinch of nutmeg powder One tablespoon gram flour 1-2 teaspoon mustard oil(for marinade) 4-5 tablespoons of mustard oil(for frying) Ingredients(for gravy) Two medium-sized onions 3 medium size tomatoes  1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 2 or 3 tablespoons of curd Two tablespoons of oil or butter One teaspoon of coriander powder Half a teaspoon of cumin powder Half teaspoon garam Masala powder Half teaspoon of red chili powder Half teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves 5-6 tablespoons of light cream Half a teaspoon of sugar 1-2 tablespoons of chopped coriander Salt as required Steps 1. For this particular paneer tikka masala recipe, we will first start by cutting the Paneer into small cubes along with the bell pepper and onions. They shouldn’t be very small because otherwise, the pieces won’t hold the marinate properly. 2. After that in a separate ball you will prepare the marinate which will include, hung curd, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam Masala, turmeric powder, nutmeg powder, gram flour, 2 teaspoons of mustard oil, a pinch of salt, and mix it very well. Then finally you will be adding in your cube size, paneer along with bell peppers and onions, mix it very well, and let it set for a while. 3. The third step will be to heat a nonstick frying pan, with a little bit of oil, then you will line the paneer and fry them till the exterior is golden brown, then flip it and repeat the step. the same will be followed for the onions and bell peppers. After they are done, take them off the heat and keep them aside for further use.  4. Now coming to the gravy making, firstly you will heat a pot of water, with a little bit of salt, and blanch the onions and tomatoes you kept aside for the gravy, for about 3 minutes and then off the heat for about 10 minutes. You can also add a bit of cashews in the warm water, which will end up giving you a creamier gravy.  5. finally you will be taking out the tomatoes and the onions, and creating a paste using your food processor. Then in a cooking Pan, you will heat a bit of oil and add in your ginger garlic paste, then after cooking for a while you will add in, your tomato and onion paste, and fry the mixture for about 5 minutes then you will be adding your dry spices(gravy ingredients), and cook it for about 10 minutes.  6. Once you see the oil separating from the mixture, you will add in curd and cook it for a while. add water according to your preferences. Once the gravy is ready, you will add in the fenugreek leaves, along with the cooked paneer Tikka, onions and bell pepper, cook it for about 2 minutes and it is ready to serve.
