Ingredients A Complete Guide To Pajeon Recipe – Steps To Follow Step 1 To begin this recipe, firstly prepare your batter for Korean pajeon. In a bowl, add a quarter cup of each all-purpose flour and rice flour. If you want, instead of rice flour, you can also use potato starch here. Step 2 Next, add the measured quantity of soy sauce, soybean paste, water and sugar to the body. With the help of a spatula or a whisk, mix everything together. Ensure that there are no lumps present in your Pajeon batter. Step 3 Now, it’s time to add the sliced onion and chopped scallions to the bowl. With a spatula, properly combine these within the flour batter. Don’t forget to season your savory pancake batter with some salt and pepper. Step 4 Moving ahead to the cooking process, drizzle some vegetable oil on a pan. Keep the flame between low to medium, once the pan is hot enough, pour in the Pajeon batter.
