Step 2 Next, in a bowl, add all-purpose flour, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Use an electric whisk to combine it all and then crack in the eggs and whisk again. Step 4 Next, pour the reduced version of apple cider into the wet ingredients bowl. At the same time, also add apple sauce and vanilla extract to the bowl. Whisk all the wet ingredients until properly combined. Step 5 Now, transfer the all-purpose flour mix to the bowl where you have combined all your wet ingredients. With the help of a spatula, make a cookie dough.
