Easy And Simple Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies Recipe: A Step-by-step Guide For You

Step – 1

Firstly, you will have to preheat the oven at 375°F. Combine the sugar and softened cream cheese together in a bowl by stirring constantly. Once done, pour in Vanilla Essence and Sour Cream. After that, place two large scoops on a baking sheet and refrigerate it.

Step – 2

For preparing the Cheesecake Cookies dough, we need to mix sugars and butter together. Once you have combined it, pour in the eggs and add Vanilla Essence after whisking thoroughly. On the other hand, take another bowl and combine the dry ingredients there. Pour it in over the wet mixture, and freeze for 30 minutes.

Step – 3

Now, we will have to assemble the dough into a perfect shape for the recipe. Roll the two doughs between your palms and make an indentation in the middle. This will be an important step for inserting the filling of your Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies Recipe.

Step – 4

With a spoon, pour Strawberry jam into the cavity. From the freezer, place one scoop of frozen cream on top. Afterwards, seal this by placing another dough above it. Seal around the edges properly, so that the filling does not drip out of the cookie while you are baking in the oven.

Step – 5

Place the cookies on top of a wax paper lined baking tray and attach white chocolate strips on them. Bake it in the oven for 14 to 15 minutes. Once they fully rise up, the baking is complete. Let them cool for 5 to 6 minutes and finally, your Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies are ready to serve.
