Ingredients for Tres Leches Cake:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups whipped cream
- 1 sweetened condensed milk can
- 1 evaporated milk can
Directions:
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease the baking pan with butter and white flour.
Step 2:
Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl. Set it aside for a while.
Step 3:
Take 1 cup of sugar and butter together in a bowl and beat it with an electric mixer to get a fine and fluffy mixture.
Step 4:
Add 5 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and mix it. Add premixed flour and baking powder mixture to the bowl. Mix all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients to get a fine paste.
Step 5:
After mixing, pour all the mixture into the greased pan and settle it to the edges with the spatula.
