Secret To A Good Vermicelli Bowl: A Step-by-step Guide To The Recipe

Step 1

First and foremost we will have to prepare our kitchen ingredients before starting to cook the recipe. For this, take a wooden shopping board. Clean it under running water thoroughly till there are no left over crumbs from your past cuttings. With a kitchen cloth, absorb any water droplet that still on the board and wipe it clean. Take a clean kitchen knife.

Step 2

Place the block of Tofu of your Vermicelli Noodles on the chopping board and start to slice it in pieces. Make the pieces in cubes, medium in size, or bite-sized shapes. When you are done, place the cubes aside and take a fresh non-stick frying pan instead. Place it on medium low heat until the remaining moisture is evaporating away completely. After that, add oil.

Step 3

Soon you will notice the oil starting to get heated up. As soon as it happens pore in the cubes of Tofu into the oil along with 1 tablespoon of white soya sauce. Justin case you need more oil drizzle oil from above. For the next 6 to 10 minutes keep trying the Tofu cubes and constantly flip them from side to side. Turn the heat off when the cubes become golden brown in colour.

Step 4

Take another large bowl and pore some boiling what water into it. Using that temperature start to cook your Vermicelli Noodles by placing them into the bowl. Please follow the instructions given on the side of the packet carefully while cooking the noodles. For best results strain the water after the noodles get cooked and cover them with a towel for steaming.

Step 5

Keep it for 6 minutes at least. This step is necessary for the perfect amount of consistency. Put beans, edamame, carrots, mushroom and spring onions into the pan. Keep frying them for the next 3 minutes and stir occassionally in case you are cooking at a high heat. Once you can see the ingredients starting to become brown on the sides, please turn the heat down.

Step 6

Now we will have to make the sauce of the Vermicelli Noodles Recipe. Take a medium glass bowl and pour some water into it. Place peanut butter, sugar and garlic into it and try to give them a nice mash by the back of a spoon. Mix them slightly, and when the mixture is fluid enough, start adding sesame oil, light soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. Take the spoon and give this sauce mixture a nice stir so that all of them combine properly.

Step 7

Justin case you notice that your sauce has become two take to the peanut butter, please add more water. Once you have reached your preferred consistency pore the noodles into the vegetable stir fry. Mix them well with a thick spoon and after that, pour in the sauce from above. Reduce the heat to a lower setting and start to mix very carefully.

Step 8

When everything is coated properly with the sauce, give the noodles one final stir. Make sure nothing sticks at the bottom. Turn the heat off completely and let it cool for at least 5 minutes. Serve the Vermicelli Bowl with a garnish of coriander and a hint of Chilli Oil.
