● Chefs now have integrated these two methods together to come up with Buffalo Chicken Salad recipe. Usually people have it as a luxurious craving dish over the weekend.

Ingredients:

● 1 medium sized chopped seedless Cucumber

● 4 to 5 chopped Celery sticks

● 4 sliced Green Onions

● 500 gm of boneless and skinless Chicken for Buffalo Chicken Salad

● 4 to 5 sliced Carrots

Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce

● 1/4 cup chopped Chives

● Half cup chopped Cilantro

● Half cup crumbled Blue Cheese

● 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt

● Freshly ground Black Pepper 

Home made Ranch Dressing 

● 9 cups of chopped Romaine Hearts

● 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder

Healthy Buffalo Chicken Salad Recipe: A Step-by-step Guide For You 

Step 1

At first, you will have to prepare and clean your grill for preparing this dish. Once done, preheat the grill to it’s highest heat setting. Make sure you are following all necessary instructions and precautions as per it’s company manual. After preheating the grill, now, let us assemble primary ingredients. 

Step 2

Take a large bowl and keep your chicken in it. Sprinkle Kosher Salt and Black Pepper from above. Pour in the garlic powder as well. Season the chicken of your Buffalo Chicken Salad properly with these 3 spices. Lastly, top up your seasoning game with a few dabs of the Buffalo wing sauce. 

Step 3

Take the seasoned meat and throw it into the preheated grill. Start grilling the chicken and soon after 7 to 8 minutes, you will notice noticeable change. For better results, use a meat thermometer to pierce inside the chicken breast. Temperature should stay around 170 °F on the inside of your chicken.

Step 4

Turn it to the other side and repeat the same grilling method. Soon, you will notice the chicken turning brown and red on both of its sides. Once it happens, bring the chicken down on a big bowl from the grill. On a chopping board, start chopping carrots, celery, and the cucumber. Take green onions and chop them into fine slices.

Step 5

While you prepare the salad for Buffalo Chicken Salad, make sure to include chopped cilantro and the Romaine Lettuce too. For aesthetics and better portion experience, chop all of them in medium similar looking pieces. Add all of these veggies in a medium sized bowl.

Step 6

Finally, season the entire thing with salt and pepper and keep tossing till the seasoning coats everything. Once done, start chopping the chicken gently. Make sure the crisp does not fall off. Afterwards, add chopped cooked chicken into the bowl and start tossing. Combine all of these properly and finally, drizzle with Buffalo Wing Sauce. The dish is ready to serve.
