Introduction
At Craving Foodies, accessible from Craving Foodies, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our approach to handling claims of copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
What is the DMCA?
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that provides guidelines for online service providers regarding claims of copyright infringement. The DMCA includes a process that allows copyright owners to request the removal of infringing content from websites.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used on our website Craving Foodies without your permission, you may submit a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement. It is our policy to respond promptly to clear notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
To file a DMCA Notice with us, please send an email to contact@cravingfoodies.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice: Copyright Infringement.” Ensure that your notice includes all the necessary information as outlined below.
Important: Filing a false or misleading DMCA Notice may result in legal consequences. Please ensure your claim is valid before submitting.
What to Include in Your DMCA Notice
To ensure your DMCA Notice is processed quickly, please include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our site that you believe is infringing your copyright, including URLs or any other information that will help us locate the material.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement declaring that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
