● 1 big can of Frozen Corn Kernels
● 2 Medium cans of Coconut Milk
● 65 gm of Cornstarch
● 25 gm of desiccated Coconut Flakes
● 100 gm of Granulated White Sugar
● 60 ml of cold Mineral Water
● 1 can of Condensed Milk (optional)
Easy Maja Blanca Recipe: A Step-by-step Guide Only For You
Step 1
Take a saucepan of medium size and clean it thoroughly before you start assembling all of the Maja Blanca ingredients. Once done, start by pouring in the Coconut Milk into the saucepan first. Please make sure you are not turning on the heat yet, or the milk can get charred on the bottom quite easily. Pour the entire milk into the pan.

Take the granulated white sugar and add it into the coconut milk in the saucepan. With a small spoon, pour in the frozen Corn Kernels right into it. Now, start combining these ingredients with an wooden spoon slowly and gradually. Place the pan right over medium heat.
