It makes the dough dense but also stretchy in nature. Nothing feels better than an Indian bread fused with garlic bits along with your favourite curry.

Ingredients We Need For This Dish:

1/2 cup of Coconut Flour, one of the main ingredients that make the dough of the gluten free Naan bread

1/2 cup or Potato Starch, which makes the bread much fluffier once you bake it

1/2 cup of Arrowroot or simple Corn starch, anything that works for you

1/4 cup of gluten-free Flour, a regular all purpose one will be perfect for this recipe

1/4 cup of plain Culina Coconut Yoghurt

1/3 cup of Coconut milk, it must be light and canned

1 teaspoon of Olive oil, which you can replace with more Coconut milk

2 to 3 cloves of Garlic cloves, freshly minced 

2 teaspoons of Baking Powder, which is important to make the gluten free Naan bread recipe

1/2 teaspoon of Salt, or you can include according to your taste

Homemade Gluten Free Naan Bread Recipe (no Yoghurt): A Step-by-step Guide For You 

Firstly, take a big mixing bowl and start adding the ingredients in. After you have added coconut milk, olive oil, baking powder, minced garlic, salt, and coconut yoghurt, whisk it thoroughly. Since we are using Culina yoghurt, you will notice the mixture getting fluffier after sometime. 

Then, for making the dough, include potato starch, coconut flour and arrowroot starch. To smoothen out the initial lumps, mix it well with an wooden spoon. The gluten free Naan bread dough should not stick to your hands, but should be moist enough to stay intact while rolling. 

Afterwards, take a clean surface and a rolling pin. Break off some piece of the dough, form it into a ball and sprinkle the top with gluten-free Flour. Roll it into a medium thick oval shape. On the other hand, start heating a non-stick pan to medium heat. Place the dough using a spatula and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Once the underside turns brown, flip it carefully and cook the upper side. Soon enough, you will be able to see if you have correctly cooked the gluten free Naan bread or not. Once both sides are golden brown, and some bubbles have formed, turn off the heat. Place it on a plate, and season it with Parsley or minced Garlic.
