For the Dough:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- Water as required
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
For the Potato Filling:
- 4 medium-sized boiled potatoes
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Ghee or oil for cooking
Step-by-Step Guide on How to Make Aloo Paratha
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a large bowl, put whole wheat flour, pinch of salt and one teaspoon oil for the batter. Dissolve it gradually in water and then mix it using your hands until the dough is fine.
- Sprinkle a clean towel over the dough and let it stand for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
