Recipe for Mexican Lasagna: A Step-by-step Guide For You

Firstly, preheat your oven to at least 350°F before preparing the recipe. Then, start by making the ground beef fat free, which is an important step. Keep cooking the Beef and soon, you will start noticing that the meat is turning brownish. Once it happens fully, completely drain the fat from the meat.

Secondly, we will put the hot salsa first. After that, we need to stir in the green chili slices along with the refried beans. Keep stirring at a medium pace and gradually combine these items. Just after a while, take a greased pan, and start layering up your Mexican Lasagna recipe. At first, pour in the Lasagna noodles.

Then, add a portion of the bean and ground beef mixture. Finally, top this out with the cup of Jack Colby or Mexican Cheese. Once you have made at least three layers by repeating the ways above, keep this aside for some time. Next, we need a medium sized bowl; mix salsa and water together very well.

Pour this mixture over your Lasagna and cover the pan entirely with an aluminum foil. Start baking for at least 1 hour; after timer runs out, remove the foil. Cover the top part of your Mexican Lasagna recipe with sour cream or Greek Yoghurt. Pour in cheese, black olives and bake for 10 minutes more. Serve your Mexican Lasagna with diced tomato, green onions and cilantro.
